Mojave Desert and Misc. California

The Mojave Desert includes a lot of low-elevation areas that are too hot for outdoor recreation in the summertime.  I’ve fit in some time at Joshua Tree National Park, but otherwise have mostly stuck with cooler regions in the high desert.  Now that I am retired, I can stay out west into the fall, and thus these areas are now accessible.  This gallery will grow with time, and I’ll add notes about particular locations.
